Three times a year we hold workingdays, however one of which is only a half. The purpose is to maintain Hasletoppens common facilities for summer and winter, but the social interaction is equally important. If you are unable to attend, there will be collected - in accordance with the statutes - a bill of DKK 400 - and DKK 200 - for half the day.
6. GARDEN/ COMMON AREAS
6.1. Hasletoppen has no fixed gardener, so residents are invited to care around your apartment.
6.2. GARDEN PLANTS.
As stated in the statute, do not establish their own gardens as outdoor areas are common area. 7. Mailbox

9. COMMON AREA

10. PARKING PLACES

11. BICYCLES
They are unfortunately no room for all bikes in the bike shed, take into account when you make your bike elsewhere. Do you have an old bike you no longer use, can be bulky board responsible to help with disposal.
12. STOKEHOLD / WORKSHOP

13. INSURANCE

15. STORAGE OF GARDEN FUNNITURE ECT:

16. PETS.
16.1 Permitted if it is not a nuisance to others / your neighbors.

18. STATUTES
Hasletoppen of incorporation you hopefully by your attorney in connection with the purchase of the apartment. The statutes may also be found at www.hasletoppen.dk or exchanged with the President. 19. SANCTIONS
In the extreme, an owners' association require an owner to vacate the apartment, cf. Condominium Act § 8
20. GENERAL MEETINGS
Hasletoppen hold an annual ordinary general meeting in January / February. Written call made within 14 days before - to each apartment owner. Proposals for the agenda must be delivered to the President last eight days before the general meeting held.
