HOUSE RULES 2010

 

1. WELCOME TO HASLETOPPEN

As a (new) owner / tenant there is often issues pressing. With this brochure we hope to answer them. The booklet is also the current house rules for Owner Association Hasletoppen.

 

1.1. Resident Information. Owner Association will use a range of information to our residents' book, including for reasons of data card, collection service etc.. New residents must therefore complete an information form. If you have not got it handed out by real estate agent for a purchase, you can have it delivered by the Treasurer or the President.

2. GENERAL ACCOUNT

3. WASHING-HOUSE

3.1. Cleaning house can use af all Hasletoppens residents.

You must book at washing time at the wash house, when you want to wash. Please respect others' time and when your time expires! (Use the instructions below as a rule of thumb). If you do not want to use your reservation, please delete it as soon as possible.

 

3.2. Book only one wash period at a time on a machine. Do not block washing machines in the example 4 (2*2) hours during the day. We have 41 apartments on two machines, so please take this into account.

 

3.3. For washing machines and dryers can be used 1, 2, 5, 10 and 20 DKK coins. Dryer runs up to 130 min. And takes approx. 110-130 min depending on the quantity of clothes and program (Free choice between eight programs). 1 * tørretumbel costing DKK 15.00.

 

3.4. Right to wash time lapse if you do not use it during the first 15 minutes.

 

3.5. If you use underwire bra, remove the hanger or use laundry bag!

 

3.6. Dry ground is quite limited in the wash house. Therefore, you should immediately remove it when it is dry. In any case within 24 hours. Then it must be removed and placed in the clothes basket. Basket is emptied the first of each month.

 

3.7. If you have trouble with one of the washing machines, contact one member of the board. Messages on the whiteboard in the wash house is not enough.

 

4. CLEANING OF WASHING-HOUSE

4.1. Cleaning contracted annually by the Board.

 

4.2. The Washing-house is cleaned weekly and paid currently DKK 100, - pr. time.

 

4.3. Contact the Board if you want to cleaning the washing-house in the next period / year.

 

5. WORKDAY

Three times a year we hold workingdays, however one of which  is only a half. The purpose is to maintain Hasletoppens common facilities for summer and winter, but the social interaction is equally important. If you are unable to attend, there will be collected - in accordance with the statutes - a bill of DKK 400 - and DKK 200 - for half the day.
 

6. GARDEN/ COMMON AREAS

6.1. Hasletoppen has no fixed gardener, so residents are invited to care around your apartment.

 

6.2. GARDEN PLANTS.

As stated in the statute, do not establish their own gardens as outdoor areas are common area. The Board has accepted the extension of existing terrace areas along the following lines: The expansion must occur along the walls, not outwards. 7. Mailbox

10. PARKING PLACES

11. BICYCLES

12. STOKEHOLD / WORKSHOP

13. INSURANCE

14. WASTE

15. STORAGE OF GARDEN FUNNITURE ECT:

16. PETS.

16.1 Permitted if it is not a nuisance to others / your neighbors.

17. HASLETOPPENS COMPUTER NETVÆRK AND WWW.HASLETOPPEN.DK

18. STATUTES

19. SANCTIONS

20. GENERAL MEETINGS

Hasletoppen hold an annual ordinary general meeting in January / February. Written call made within 14 days before - to each apartment owner. Proposals for the agenda must be delivered to the President last eight days before the general meeting held.
